These terms cover your use of this site and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first.

Who we are

REKIX is a Pakistan based seller of pre-loved original sneakers, trading online and shipping nationwide. You can reach us at contact@rekix.store or through the contact page.

What we sell

Every pair listed is a genuine, previously owned product. We do not sell replicas, first copies or unauthorised reproductions of any kind.

REKIX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Nike, adidas, PUMA or any other brand we resell. All brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the item being sold.

Condition grading

Each pair is inspected by hand and given one of three grades: Pristine, Premium or Excellent. Grades are our honest judgement rather than a certified standard. The photographs on each listing are of that exact pair and are the most accurate description of what you will receive.

Stock and availability

Because each pair is a single second hand item, stock is one of one. A listing can sell out between you adding it to your cart and completing checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
• Where a struck through price is shown, it refers to the typical retail price of that model when new, not to a previous REKIX price.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where the item is no longer available, where a price was listed in error, or where we cannot verify the delivery details. In that case we refund anything already paid.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Timings, charges and how dispatch works are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery timings are estimates rather than guarantees. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms are set out in full in our refund policy, and they form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, and you should tell us if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy its content for resale. The design, written content and photographs on this site belong to REKIX.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell and behind the return terms above. Beyond that, and so far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
