Buying second-hand shoes online raises fair questions. Here are the answers, in plain terms, before you spend anything.
Are REKIX sneakers original?
Yes. Every pair REKIX sells is a genuine, previously owned product from the original brand. We do not sell replicas, first copies or unauthorised reproductions of any kind. Each pair is inspected by hand before it is listed, and if we are not certain a pair is genuine it does not go on the site.
What does pre-loved actually mean?
Pre-loved means the pair has had one owner before you, and has been cleaned, inspected and graded by us before being listed. It is not a euphemism for damaged. Signs of wear are photographed rather than hidden, and the photographs on every listing are of that exact pair, not a catalogue image.
How does the condition grading work?
There are three grades: Pristine, Premium and Excellent. Pristine is like new with little to no wear, worn once or twice at most. Premium is gently worn and very well kept, reading as new from a step away. Excellent is pre-loved with light to moderate wear, honest signs of use that we photograph rather than hide. The grade is decided by hand after cleaning and inspection.
Can I return a pair if it does not fit?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to send any pair back for a full refund, with no forms and no restocking fee. The pair needs to be unworn outside and returned in its box. You can either drop it at our shop or send it back with any courier you prefer.
Do you exchange sizes?
No, we do not do size exchanges. Every pair is a single second-hand item, so the same model in another size usually does not exist for us to swap it with. Instead we refund you in full and you are free to order another pair.
How do I find my size?
Measure your foot in centimetres and add roughly 31 to 32 to get your EU size, so a 26 cm foot usually lands on an EU 41 or 42. Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure from the wall to the mark. Every listing shows the EU size with the UK size beside it, so there is nothing to convert.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Delivery is 1 to 2 working days to Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, 2 to 4 working days to other major cities, and 3 to 6 working days to remote areas. It costs PKR 250, and it is free on orders of PKR 8,000 and above.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Pakistan, and you pay the courier when the pair reaches you. Card and online payment are also available at checkout.
Why is each pair only available in one size?
Because each listing is a single second-hand pair rather than a run of stock. When that size sells, it does not come back, which is also why we photograph and grade each pair individually rather than reusing product shots.
What is the struck-through price on a listing?
It is the typical retail price of that model when new, not a previous REKIX price. It is there so you can see what buying pre-loved saves you against the same shoe bought new.
Where is REKIX based?
REKIX is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and ships nationwide. Pairs are sourced abroad, then graded and shipped from Islamabad. You can reach us at contact@rekix.store or through the contact page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and the pair before anything else and send the photos with your order number. Transit damage is on us, and it does not count against your 7 day return window.
