We ship pre-loved originals across Pakistan. This policy covers how long delivery takes, what it costs and what happens when something goes wrong on the way.

Where we deliver

Nationwide, anywhere in Pakistan a courier will reach. We do not ship internationally at present.

How long it takes

• Islamabad and Rawalpindi — 1 working day. We are based in Islamabad, so the twin cities are the fastest route we have.
• Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar — 1 to 2 working days
• Other cities — 2 to 4 working days
• Remote areas — 3 to 6 working days

These are working days after dispatch, and they are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays and weather both slow couriers down, and neither is in our hands.

What it costs

• Delivery is PKR 250 on orders under PKR 8,000.
• Delivery is free on orders of PKR 8,000 and above.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier when the pair reaches you.

Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day before closing are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Each pair is cleaned, checked against its listing photographs and boxed before it goes out. We will send you tracking as soon as the courier has it.

Your address

Please check the delivery address and phone number before you place the order. Couriers here rely on being able to call, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a delivery fails. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and a second delivery charge may apply.

If your order is late

If your order passes the estimate above with no movement on the tracking, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

If your order arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the pair before anything else, then send the photos with your order number. Transit damage is on us. Our refund policy explains what happens next.
