Cash on delivery means you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, not when you place the order. For a first order with a seller you have not bought from before, it removes most of the risk.
How it works
- You order and choose cash on delivery at checkout. Nothing is charged.
- We pack the pair and hand it to the courier, and send you tracking.
- The courier calls before delivering, so a reachable phone number matters more than the address.
- You pay the courier in cash and take the parcel.
Can you open it before paying?
This depends on the courier, and it is worth being straight about. Most courier services in Pakistan operate a pay-first policy, and the rider is not authorised to wait while you try shoes on. Some allow a look at the parcel's exterior.
What protects you either way is the return window rather than the doorstep. You have 7 days from delivery to send the pair back for a full refund if it is not right — the refund policy sets out how.
What if you refuse the parcel?
It comes back to us and nothing is charged. We would only ask that you tell us rather than letting it bounce — an undelivered parcel ties up a pair that is one of one, and someone else may be waiting on that size.
Getting a refund on a COD order
Since there is no card to refund, a cash on delivery order is refunded by bank transfer to an account in your own name, once the returned pair reaches us and has been checked.
The one thing that goes wrong
Unreachable phone numbers. Couriers here work by calling ahead, and a number that does not connect is the single most common reason a delivery fails. Double-check it at checkout — the shipping policy covers timings and charges, including free delivery over PKR 10,000.
